Senior Finance & Business Advisory Consultant Finance | Financing | Profitability | Growth We are looking for experienced Finance & Business Advisory Consultants to join our network for upcoming assignments supporting SMEs across the Gothenburg region. The opportunity You will work directly with CEOs, owners and management teams, providing strategic financial advice to help businesses make better decisions, improve profitability and finance their growth. This is a business advisory role, rather than a traditional accounting or financial reporting position. The focus is on using financial insight to support strategic decision-making and business development. Typical assignments may include

• Advising CEOs and owners on financial and investment decisions
• Developing business cases, investment calculations and decision-support material
• Analysing costs, revenues and financial performance
• Developing financial management and control models
• Developing and improving KPIs and management reporting
• Advising on financing strategies and capital requirements
• Supporting companies with capital raising and investor dialogue
• Evaluating financing alternatives, including loans, equity and public financing
• Developing pricing strategies and improving profitability
• Advising owners in connection with ownership or generational transitions
• Supporting companies in scaling their operations and developing scalable business models
• Integrating circular economy principles into business models

Who are we looking for? We are interested in consultants who combine strong financial expertise with commercial and strategic business understanding. You should ideally have experience in:

• Financial and business advisory
• Corporate finance or SME financing
• Financial modelling and business cases
• Profitability analysis
• Pricing and commercial strategy
• Management control and performance management
• Capital raising and investor processes
• Business growth and scaling
• Advising owners, CEOs and management teams

We are particularly interested in people who can take financial information and turn it into clear decisions, practical recommendations and business action. Required experience The procurement requires relevant education or equivalent knowledge and at least three years of consulting experience within the Finance/Financing competence area, gained from companies with 0–249 employees. Internal consulting experience does not count towards this requirement.
