Senior Engineering Manager

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring an Engineering Manager, based in Stockholm. Our engineering team is small and senior, and it is about to grow. How we hire, work and ship over the next years will define the company we become. You will lead our engineers as people: hiring, growing and supporting them, and making sure the team ships fast without cutting corners. You will work closely with our Head Architect, who leads the technical direction. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. It is part of how we build, review and release everything. What you bring:

• Several years as an engineering manager or tech lead at a fast-growing company.
• A strong technical background, with the credibility to lead senior engineers.
• Experience growing a team without losing what made it good.
