Senior Civil Engineer – Data Centre Project Location: Denmark, approximately 35 minutes from Billund Salary: Negotiable + benefits package The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Civil Engineer to join an international engineering and construction contractor on a large-scale data centre project in Denmark. The business delivers complex projects across data centres, pharmaceuticals and advanced manufacturing, with a strong international presence. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to play a key role in site delivery, working alongside an established project team on a major construction project. Data centre experience isn't essential, and candidates from other complex construction environments are encouraged to apply. The Role

• Oversee and coordinate civil engineering works on site, ensuring delivery to programme and specification.
• Coordinate subcontractors and work closely with the wider project and engineering teams.
• Review technical drawings, monitor progress and resolve engineering issues as they arise.
• Maintain quality and health and safety standards throughout construction.
• Support the delivery of earthworks, groundworks and associated infrastructure.
• Carry out site inspections and ensure works meet project requirements.

About You

• Experience in a Civil Engineering role on complex construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage site activities effectively.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive approach to quality, safety and programme delivery.

Data centre experience is beneficial but not essential. Salary & Benefits
