Senior Engineer – Brake/HIL Testing

We are looking for someone with key skills and able to perform the following roles & responsibilities :- Senior Engineer – Brake/HIL Testing Gothenburg, Sweden Description:

• Up to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with strong domain expertise of brake and Brake SW test experience.
• Capable to understand and execute CRS, SWRS, Test specifications of Brake control system.
• Hands on experience using Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS – ISO 14229) protocol.
• Experience in using CAN, FR, Ethernet communication protocols.
• Experience in using Vector CANalyzer or CANoe bus simulation, Team Center, JIRA and CARCOM tools.
• Experience in Issue debugging skills (CAN/FR/Ethernet Traces) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report.
• Good understanding of CAN/FR frames connected in a vehicle network (Chassis-CANH, Backbone (FR), Propulsion-CANH)
• Expertise in understanding of vehicle platform architectures and network topologies in the brake control area will be an added advantage.
• Experience in developing test cases for the brake functions using CAPL, PYTHON and PERL scripting. Executed in HIL/vehicle test environments.
• Hans on experience on HIL rigs test development and execution.
• VT test studio tool experience connected to HIL rigs
• Knowledge on SW releases process and documentation
