Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer for a primarily will work on software for airborne communication systems in a technically complex setting with large codebases, communication-intensive systems, and structured development processes. The work calls for reliability, quality, and compliance, as well as an ability to work comfortably with high technical complexity. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and optimize reliable embedded software in C/C++, managing the full lifecycle from initial design and implementation to debugging. - Quality & Collaboration: Collaborate across disciplines for requirements-driven development, ensuring software quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and documentation in a regulated, safety-conscious environment. Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of solid hands-on experience programming in both C and C++.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining large software codebases in technically complex environments with stringent quality standards.
• Strong background in embedded software development and familiarity with requirements-driven structured development processes.
• Applied experience working with communication systems, protocols, or telecom-related products.
• Advantageous: Experience in aviation/aerospace software development, SATCOM systems, DO-178C or similar aerospace standards, or other regulated industries (automotive functional safety, medical devices, defense).
