Location - Onsite Sweden Job Title - Senior DSP - Audio Algorithms Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Senior DSP / Signal Processing Engineer with a strong focus on audio algorithm development. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated and highly skilled team working in the early stages of product development. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, prototyping, validating, and optimizing next-generation audio algorithms, while collaborating closely with embedded software engineers to bring those algorithms into production. You will navigate evolving requirements, contribute to technical decisions, and help shape the future of our audio solutions. You will

• Design, develop, prototype, and validate advanced audio signal processing algorithms.
• Develop and evaluate algorithms using MATLAB and/or Python before implementation on embedded platforms.
• Work with microphone signals, digital signal processing, and audio enhancement technologies, including Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).
• Optimize algorithms for accuracy, robustness, computational complexity, memory usage, and power consumption.
• Collaborate closely with embedded software engineers to integrate algorithms into resource-constrained embedded systems.
• Work in cross-functional teams during early-phase product development, adapting to evolving requirements and helping define technical solutions.
• Proactively drive technical discussions, challenge existing approaches constructively, and help move projects forward.
• Promote innovative solutions and take ownership of technical challenges from concept to production.

• Extensive experience in digital signal processing (DSP) and audio algorithm development.
• Strong experience developing and prototyping algorithms using MATLAB and/or Python.
• Proven experience working with microphones, audio processing, and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).
• Experience taking algorithms from concept and prototyping through optimization and production implementation.
• Experience optimizing algorithms for accuracy, robustness, computational efficiency, memory usage, and power consumption.
• Experience implementing algorithms on embedded platforms using C/C++.
• Ability to thrive in early-stage product development with changing requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
