Senior Digital Transformation Consultants Strategic Digitalisation & AI | Gothenburg Region We are looking for experienced Digital Transformation Consultants to join our network for upcoming assignments supporting SMEs across the Gothenburg region. The opportunity You will work directly with owners, CEOs and management teams, helping businesses understand how digitalisation and AI can create measurable business value. This is not a software development or programming role. The focus is on strategic advisory — helping leadership teams analyse their current situation, make the right priorities and turn digital opportunities into practical action. Typical assignments may include

• Developing digitalisation and AI strategies aligned with business objectives
• Supporting management in strategic decisions around digital development, AI and information security
• Assessing digital, data and security maturity
• Identifying and prioritising digital and AI initiatives based on business value
• Developing roadmaps and practical action plans
• Improving business processes and operational workflows
• Supporting organisational change when new digital ways of working are introduced
• Advising on cybersecurity, information security and digital risk
• Identifying opportunities to develop products and services through digitalisation and AI
• Supporting system integration from a business and strategic perspective, rather than technical implementation.

Who are we looking for? We are interested in consultants who can combine business understanding, strategic thinking and practical digital expertise. You will ideally have:

• Strong experience in digital transformation, digitalisation and/or AI advisory
• Experience advising CEOs, owners or senior management
• Experience working with SMEs
• Ability to translate technology and AI opportunities into business outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience facilitating workshops and strategic discussions
• The ability to challenge existing thinking and help leadership teams prioritise
• A pragmatic approach focused on implementation and measurable business value

Minimum requirements The procurement requires relevant education or equivalent knowledge and at least three years of consulting experience within one or more of the relevant competence areas, with experience gained from companies with 0–249 employees. Internal consulting experience does not count towards this requirement.
