Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineer

We are now looking for Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineers to help modernize and build the next generation of an enterprise Software Factory. You will work across Platform Engineering, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and solution architecture, combining strategic platform thinking with hands-on implementation. This is the right role for someone who has actually built, transformed, migrated, and operated development platforms — not just designed them on paper. About The Role As a Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for both evolving existing platform capabilities and building the next generation of the development platform. The Software Factory supports the full software lifecycle — from code and build to testing, security scanning, artifact management, deployment, and operations. A key challenge will be balancing stable operations and delivery with long-term modernization, standardization, automation, and maintainability. The environment also places strong demands on security and includes on-premises and security-classified environments. This is a hands-on role where architecture and implementation go together. What you’ll do

• Define and evolve the target architecture for the development platform and its DevSecOps capabilities
• Design platform architecture for software development, CI/CD, automation, and security integration
• Build and evolve Kubernetes-based platform capabilities
• Define integration architecture between development tools, infrastructure, and identity platforms
• Drive migration and consolidation of existing development toolchains
• Develop roadmaps and strategies for platform transformation
• Ensure scalability, security, governance, and lifecycle management across the platform
• Operate and continuously improve platform services in production
• Collaborate with platform engineers, security specialists, and business stakeholders
• Help establish a sustainable long-term Platform Engineering capability
