Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our insights team in Platform & Partner Experiences to help us drive and support evidence-based decisions throughout the company’s product development process. Our team is responsible for the company’s consumer experiences such as desktop, TV, speakers and smartwatches and for delivering work alongside some of our biggest tech partners. Together with us you will study user behavior, evaluate critical initiatives and experiment with new features to drive decisions that influence the way the world experiences music, podcasts and audiobooks. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or another quantitative subject area. Key Responsibilities: - Apply statistical modeling, design A/B tests, and analyze large datasets to solve complex product questions and generate actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to guide product strategy. Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within consumer-facing digital product development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Google Big Query.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation at scale.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and experimentation techniques.
• Experience with linear regression, logistic regression and significance testing.
• Strong understanding of statistical modelling and quantitative analysis.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex information and translate analytical findings into clear business and product actions.
• Experience working with digital products, user behavior analytics and product usage data.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and translate complex insights into clear recommendations.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to develop hypotheses and influence data-driven product and business decisions.
