Senior Data Readiness Lead

emagine is looking for a Senior Data Readiness Lead for one of our great clients within the construction industry. Start: ASAP End: 2027-02-28 (extension possible) Location: Stockholm About the assignment: Responsible for ensuring end-to-end data readiness across the solution landscape by coordinating data activities between business, migration, applications and integrations. The role ensures that the right data is available, complete, consistent and fit for purpose throughout solution design, testing, cutover and go-live, while acting as the single point of coordination for cross-functional data dependencies and data-related risks. On site work is required Tuesday to Thursday every week. Availability for on-site work Your profile: Description of competence Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, data migration, system integrations and ERP implementations. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive data quality and readiness, and manage complex dependencies across business and IT. Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills. Required Skills: It is important to include both technical and soft skills to ensure that the consultant can meet the needs of the assignment.

• Extensive experience with ERP implementations and data migration
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system integrations
