What you'll do

Senior Microsoft Fabric Developer Location: Sweden - multiple office locations Employment: Permanent - 55k–70k SEK/month Language: Swedish and English We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Fabric Developer to join a growing Data & AI team delivering modern data platforms and analytics solutions for customers across Sweden. This is a hands-on role for someone who already has strong Microsoft Fabric experience but is also comfortable taking technical responsibility, contributing to architecture decisions and working directly with customers. You will work across the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation through to modelling, analytics and reporting. What you will be working on Designing, developing and optimising solutions within Microsoft Fabric Building data pipelines, Lakehouses, notebooks and Dataflow Gen2 solutions Developing integrations between different data sources and platforms Working with Spark, SQL, DAX and ETL/ELT processes Contributing to architecture and technical design decisions Building end-to-end data solutions from ingestion through to reporting Working closely with BI Developers, Data Engineers, Analysts and Solution Architects Providing technical guidance and best practice within customer projects Taking technical ownership and supporting less experienced team members What we are looking for You should have: Fluent Swedish and strong English communication skills At least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience Around 2-4+ years of wider experience across Data Platforms, BI and/or Power BI Strong experience developing modern data solutions Experience working with areas such as Lakehouse, pipelines, notebooks, Spark and SQL Previous experience working within customer-facing or consulting environments The ability to take technical responsibility within projects Experience working within Agile and/or DevOps environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Desirable experience Experience with any of the following would be beneficial: Microsoft Fabric architecture and platform design Azure data services Power BI and DAX Data modelling CI/CD and DevOps practices Mentoring or technical leadership Microsoft certifications such as DP-600, Azure Data Engineer Associate or Power BI Data Analyst Associate The opportunity You will join a well-established Data & AI environment working on complex customer projects across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, BI and modern data platforms. The role offers the opportunity to remain hands-on technically while also becoming a key technical voice within projects, helping customers make decisions around architecture, design and best practice.
