Senior Data & Analytics Engineer For our client, we are looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to design and develop scalable data solutions using Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, and SQL. The role focuses on modern lakehouse architecture, large-scale data pipelines, and complex automotive datasets. Mode of work - Hybrid/onsite Duration - 6 months + extensions Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern Databricks Lakehouse solutions.
• Build and optimize batch and real-time/streaming data pipelines.
• Develop data models for analytics, reporting, and advanced use cases.
• Work with automotive data including telemetry, diagnostics, sensor, and connected vehicle data.
• Establish data engineering standards, governance, and data quality practices.
• Implement CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, platform, and business teams.

Key Requirements

• Senior-level Data/Analytics Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Proven experience designing Lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with both batch and streaming pipelines.
• Strong data modelling and data warehousing knowledge.
• Hands-on Azure and/or AWS experience.
• Experience with automotive data, ideally diagnostics, telemetry, sensors, connected vehicles, or complex engineering datasets.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
