Senior Cost Manager / Associate

Senior Cost Manager / Associate Data Centres We are expanding our presence in Norway and are looking for a Senior Cost Manager / Associate to support a major data centre project in Kristiansand while helping us build our long‑term capabilities across the Nordics. You will be the senior commercial lead on data centre projects, working closely with our existing cost managers in Norway, Finland and our wider teams in Dublin and London. The role will be based primarily in Oslo, with regular visits to sites in Norway and Finland (typically every other week for 1/2 days). Hybrid working is available for this position. Key Responsibilities Pre‑Contract / Front‑End

• Lead cost planning, budgeting and benchmarking for hyperscale and colocation data centre projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates, elemental cost plans and feasibility studies.
• Support procurement strategy, tendering, bid evaluation and contractor negotiation.
• Provide commercial input into design development and value engineering.

Post‑Contract / Delivery

• Manage all post‑contract cost control and reporting for assigned projects.
• Administer contracts, manage change control, assess variations and claims.
• Lead monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasts and financial risk management.
• Review and agree interim valuations and final accounts.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a senior commercial point of contact for the client and project team in Norway.
• Build strong relationships with client representatives, GC/main contractors and supply chain.
• Represent the business professionally in client meetings.
