Senior Content Designer (UX Writer) – Women’s Health Company

We’re looking for a Content Designer to join our client, a purpose-driven tech company on a mission to empower women to take control of their health. This is an opportunity to use your words to make complex topics feel simple, approachable, and human. You’ll help shape how people interact with a digital product that plays a meaningful role in their everyday lives, making sure every message, interaction, and user journey feels intuitive and supportive. As part of a dedicated Writing Team, you’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and researchers to create experiences that put users first. From mapping user journeys to finding the right words for sensitive topics, you’ll have the freedom to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and make a real impact. • Crafting content that connects. Create engaging UX copy for the app, chatbot, and other digital touchpoints, helping users navigate their experience with confidence.
• Designing the bigger picture. Map user journeys, shape information architecture, and explore how content can improve the overall product experience.
• Turning complexity into clarity. Make sensitive health topics easier to understand through content that feels supportive, transparent, and human.
• Collaborating across teams. Work closely with Design, Product, Research, and Marketing to create a consistent experience throughout the user journey.
• Letting insights lead the way. Use research, analytics, and user feedback to understand what works, identify opportunities, and continuously improve content.
• Making every word count. Help develop and maintain content guidelines, ensuring the brand’s voice stays consistent across different platforms and interactions.
• Championing the user. Advocate for accessible and inclusive content, making sure the experience meets users’ needs while supporting business goals.
• Exploring new ideas. Bring fresh thinking to content challenges, experiment with different approaches, and help shape how content design evolves within the team.

Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who understands that great UX writing isn’t just about choosing the right words. It’s about understanding people, solving problems, and creating experiences that feel effortless. You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a similar discipline, with a solid understanding of content strategy and digital storytelling.
• A strong grasp of UX principles and user centered design, with the ability to think beyond individual screens and consider the entire user journey.
• Experience working with Figma or similar design tools, and confidence collaborating with designers throughout the product development process.
• A track record of creating content for digital products, ideally in an environment where things move quickly and priorities evolve.
• An interest in research and experimentation, using data and user feedback to make informed content decisions.
• The ability to adapt your writing style to different audiences, situations, and channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside product managers, designers, researchers, and marketing teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are a welcome bonus.

The role is based in Stockholm, with a hybrid setup that gives you the flexibility to work from home and spend time with the team at the office.
