Join our Forensic & Integrity Services team in Copenhagen and help clients navigate fraud, misconduct, compliance, and integrity-related challenges. The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to join our growing Forensic & Integrity Services practice in Denmark. Our team combines expertise across accounting, finance, investigations, technology, and data analytics to help clients address complex issues involving fraud, misconduct, whistleblower allegations, regulatory concerns, and governance risks. In this role, you will work closely with clients across industries, supporting investigations, compliance reviews, risk assessments, and other forensic engagements. No projects are the same, requiring curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and integrity. Your key responsibilities Depending on your experience and level, you will:

• Lead or support investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, conflicts of interest, corruption, and other integrity concerns
• Review financial records, transactions, contracts, electronic communications, and other relevant documentation
• Conduct forensic analyses to identify patterns, anomalies, and key facts
• Support whistleblower investigations and other sensitive fact-finding assignments
• Assess ethics, compliance, governance, and internal control frameworks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities
• Coach and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative team culture

Skills and attributes for success We are looking for professionals who combine strong analytical capabilities with sound judgment and excellent communication skills. You enjoy solving complex problems, working with large volumes of information, and translating findings into clear and objective conclusions. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders, managing sensitive matters, and working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience within forensic services, audit, investigations, compliance, risk management, internal controls, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience reviewing and assessing financial, operational, or compliance-related information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment
• Professional proficiency in both Danish and English

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience with fraud investigations, whistleblower matters, compliance reviews, or forensic accounting
• Experience working with data analytics or forensic technology tools
• Project management and client-facing experience
• Experience leading teams or mentoring junior colleagues
