Join our regional European Strategic People Advisory team as a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) — Strategic People & Organization Advisory, Europe As (Senior) Consultant, you learn the craft by applying it. From your first week you are on live client engagements — running analyses, building the AI-enabled assets the team delivers with, and developing towards independent strategic people project ownership. No spectators: you are part of the team that answers the client's question, guided by Principals and Senior Managers who see advancing you and your career you as part of their job. What You Will Own

• Delivery across the people agenda: workforce transformation, organizational design, HR transformation, talent, and rewards — deliberate variety in your first years, so you build breadth before you specialize.
• Hands-on analysis and modelling on live engagements: you take an analysis from data to insight to a client-ready insight— workforce data, organizational baselines, business cases — and you present your own results as you develop.
• AI and intellectual capital building: you help build the AI-enabled delivery assets, methods, and training materials the whole team runs on — visible, durable and sustainable contributions beyond your project work.
• Structured learning, real apprenticeship: a consulting bootcamp covering structured problem solving, client communication, and slide craft — then daily coaching from senior colleagues on live work.
• Early client exposure: you join client sessions from the start and grow into owning your own modules — including on joint engagements with our colleagues from Oliver Wyman.

What You Bring

• An excellent university degree (e.g., business, economics, psychology, data/analytics, or a related field) from a leading university or business school.
• For Consultant: consulting internship experience at any tier. For Senior Consultant: typically 1–3 years of consulting or equivalent analytical experience with a record of strong performance.
• Strong analytical and writing aptitude; structured thinking; the ambition to master hypothesis-driven problem solving.
• AI fluency — not only are you comfortable in using AI tools but eager to build with them
• A demonstrated interest in people and organization topics — how work, workforces, and organizations change and adapt.
• Team players with high standards: you want to be challenged, coached, and given responsibility early.
• Willingness for European travel during delivery peaks.
• Fluent English is required; any further European language is a plus.
