About the role As Senior Construction Commercial Manager in Global Workplace Projects, you'll provide commercial leadership across EMEA brownfield projects while helping strengthen commercial governance, portfolio risk management. You'll oversee cost management, estimating, change control, and commercial reporting while providing insights that support major investment decisions. This is an opportunity to influence how the LEGO Group delivers large-scale workplace and infrastructure projects and ensure investments create lasting value. This role suits an experienced commercial professional who's comfortable operating independently and serving as the primary commercial lead within a geographically dispersed team. You'll have the support of a global network of colleagues while taking ownership of commercial outcomes across your area of responsibility. Life on the team You'll join Global Workplace Projects, a team responsible for enabling the future growth of the LEGO Group through new production facilities and large-scale infrastructure projects around the world. We work closely with colleagues across Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to deliver long-term value. You'll be part of a smaller global team while owning the commercial agenda for your area of responsibility. You'll strengthen governance, improve forecasting quality, and increase transparency around commercial risks and opportunities. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, you'll help shape long-term planning, support portfolio risk management, and ensure future workplace projects deliver lasting value for the LEGO Group.
