Senior Commercial Product Manager

Here is what the job entails As our Senior Commercial Product Manager for Hardware Solutions, you will work cross functionally on product lifecycle optimization of our Heating and Cooling solutions to align product development with market demands, customer needs, and revenue goals. To do so, you will be responsible for driving the commercial aspects of our product portfolio, including product launches and lifecycle management. More specifically, you will be:

• Managing the product lifecycle from idea to end-of-life
• Driving product discovery and portfolio optimization projects in close collaboration with our customers, Sales and Marketing
• Owning the business case and commercial roadmap for hardware products, including pricing, to ensure profitability and market fit
• Working with colleagues across the organization, training Sales and Customer Support to succeed
• Challenging status quo to ensure continuity of commercially viable solutions

The Commercial Product Management team combines strong commercial capabilities with a solid technical understanding of our solutions to drive profitability and help our customers succeed in energy efficiency and the green transition. The team is part of the Product Management organization for Heat/Cooling products and solutions and brings together colleagues with strong technical, commercial and strategic expertise.
