What you'll do

Job Description Are you ready to play a key role in driving commercial growth with business customers? Do you thrive on identifying growth opportunities, setting priorities and translating commercial ambitions into measurable business impact? Are you comfortable taking ownership, driving decisions and creating alignment across senior stakeholders? And do you have experience working in a B2B, advisor-led or account-driven environment? If so, we have a unique opportunity as our new Senior Commercial Planner. Our Forward '28 strategy is built around growing our business across the Nordic region by acquiring new customers and creating more value for existing customers. We are looking for an experienced commercial profile with a proven track record of building, scaling or running advisor-led commercial execution through CRM, sales enablement and lead management. You know how to translate commercial priorities into CRM-based lead campaigns, sales plays and measurable business results. Your focus will be planning and executing commercial activities for our corporate customers. Working with commercial planners, sales managers and senior stakeholders, you will identify and prioritise growth opportunities and turn them into CRM-based lead campaigns and sales plays targeting both new-customer acquisition and growth among existing customers. You will join our Commercial Planning & Execution team within Commercial Excellence in Business Customers, comprising more than 30 colleagues across the Nordic countries. We believe in the power of collaboration and innovation, where you'll work closely with skilled colleagues to create value for our business customers, advisors and product specialists. Together, we turn strategy into commercial results through data-driven insights, strong collaboration and a relentless focus on execution. Take lead on commercial activities – and execute on our ambitions You will play a key role in driving the commercial agenda for our mid-sized businesses with more complex banking needs. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of commercial priorities and driving initiatives from idea to implementation. You combine a strong commercial mindset with a structured, data-driven approach to identifying growth opportunities, setting priorities and turning plans into action. You are confident making recommendations, challenging assumptions and creating clarity in situations where there is no obvious answer. Success in this role requires more than strong execution. You should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, driving alignment across teams and taking responsibility for moving initiatives forward. You do not wait for direction – you help create it. In this position, you will be instrumental in helping the business achieve its commercial ambitions by identifying opportunities, planning and executing commercial activities and continuously optimising performance. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will ensure transparency, drive alignment and develop new ways of working that maximise customer and business impact. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising commercial activities:

  • Plan and prioritise commercial activities for our mid-sized business segments, contributing to annual planning and focusing on new-customer acquisition, growth among existing customers and share of wallet.
  • Identify and shape growth opportunities using customer, market and performance insights, while acting as a commercial sparring partner to senior stakeholders.
  • Execute CRM-based lead campaigns and sales plays for new and existing customer themes, defining target groups, sales materials, lead flows and sales support, and following execution through to measurable outcomes.
  • Drive sales activation through initiatives such as sales competitions and industry-focused activities that create momentum around key commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate execution and performance follow-up across sales, analytics, marketing, CRM and product teams, using clear KPIs and insights to improve activities, tools, sales enablement and ways of working.

What competencies do we want you to bring? You may come from Commercial Excellence, sales enablement, CRM, growth, revenue operations, business development or management consulting. What matters most is that you have hands-on experience running an advisor-led or relationship-based commercial setup and know how CRM, sales enablement and performance management translate commercial priorities into results. We expect you to have:

  • 7+ years of relevant commercial experience within areas such as Commercial Excellence, sales enablement, growth, CRM, business development, revenue operations or management consulting.
  • A proven track record in advisor-led commercial execution, including building, scaling or running a setup through CRM and sales enablement and delivering lead campaigns and sales plays for new and existing customers.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify potential, prioritise initiatives and adapt proven practices to our business and customers.
  • Hands-on CRM, lead-management and performance experience, using customer insights, clear KPIs and sales support to improve frontline execution and commercial results.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership, with the credibility to influence, challenge and align senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives forward.
  • A structured and proactive approach, creating direction and momentum in complex or ambiguous situations and taking initiatives from idea to implementation.
  • Experience in a B2B, relationship-based or account-driven environment, preferably within banking, commercial real estate, financial services, consulting or another commercially intensive industry.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
