As a senior member of the team, you'll be a trusted advisor to customers and an important sparring partner for Project Management Consultants, Software Development (ASYS), Product Management, Sales and our subsidiaries. You'll help shape solution designs, guide technical decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure that customer needs are translated into practical, sustainable solutions that create lasting business value. Lead the design and delivery of smart, scalable solutions As Senior Business System Consultant, you'll take ownership of the technical solution throughout the customer engagement. Working in close partnership with a Project Management Consultant, who is responsible for the client relationship, project scope, planning and overall delivery, you'll lead the solution design and ensure that business requirements are translated into robust, scalable and maintainable system solutions. You'll bring senior-level expertise to complex customer scenarios, advising on business processes, product capabilities and solution alternatives. You'll challenge requirements where appropriate, identify opportunities to leverage standard functionality, and help determine when configuration is sufficient and when further product development is needed. Your role will extend beyond individual implementations. You'll contribute to improving our solution delivery practices, establish and promote best practices, share knowledge across the team and act as a trusted technical and functional sparring partner for colleagues. Where relevant, you'll also engage directly with customer business teams to ensure that solutions support real operational workflows and deliver the intended business outcomes. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the analysis and translation of complex customer requirements and business processes into effective, scalable solution designs.
• Take ownership of the technical and functional solution approach throughout customer engagements, from initial assessment to implementation and validation.
• Design, configure and build Autorola software solutions, ensuring that they meet business needs and align with product capabilities, architecture and standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, challenging assumptions, clarifying requirements and recommending solutions that balance business value, feasibility and long-term sustainability.
• Provide senior solution input during project scoping, including technical effort estimates, dependency assessments, risk identification and evaluation of alternative approaches.
• Work closely with Project Management Consultants to ensure that solution decisions support realistic plans, predictable delivery and successful customer outcomes.
• Assess the fit between customer-specific requirements and standard product functionality, identifying when configuration, process adaptation or new development is the most appropriate approach.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Software Development (ASYS) to shape, clarify and qualify enhancement requests and development requirements.
• Take responsibility for solution quality, including configuration standards, test planning, validation and the resolution of functional and technical issues.
• Support customers' operational teams in adopting new solutions and ensuring that implemented functionality works effectively in their day-to-day business.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, solution consistency and reuse through templates, standards, guidelines and proven practices.
• Act as a senior sparring partner and knowledge resource for colleagues, supporting the development of solution expertise and promoting knowledge sharing across the organisation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our consulting methods, delivery processes and collaboration across Business System Consulting, Project Management, Product Management and Software Development.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business System Consultant who combines strong business acumen with substantial solution consulting experience, sound technical judgement and the ability to guide customers and colleagues through complex implementation challenges. You can move confidently between business processes, product capabilities and technical considerations. You know how to challenge requirements constructively, make informed trade-offs and turn complexity into clear, actionable solution designs. You Likely Have

• Several years of relevant experience in business systems consulting, solution consulting, software implementation, business process consultancy or a similar client-facing role.
• A proven track record of leading or taking significant ownership of complex system implementations and solution designs.
• Strong experience translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Extensive experience with system configuration, functional design, testing and implementation quality.
• The ability to assess solution alternatives, evaluate technical and functional trade-offs, and make well-founded recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured and pragmatic approach to decision-making.
• The confidence to advise customers, challenge assumptions and communicate complex topics clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Project Management, Software Development, Product Management and other cross-functional teams.
• The ability to identify implementation risks, dependencies and opportunities early, helping create more predictable and efficient delivery.
• A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in developing shared standards, best practices and team capabilities.
• The ability to balance individual customer needs with standard functionality, product consistency and long-term maintainability.
• A willingness to travel internationally for customer engagements when required.

Experience with enterprise software, IT consulting, Agile environments or the automotive industry is an advantage. Experience mentoring colleagues or contributing to the development of consulting practices is also beneficial. What Success Looks Like Within your first 12–18 months, you'll have:

• Established yourself as a trusted senior advisor to customers on complex business processes, solution design and product capabilities.
• Successfully led the solution design and technical delivery of complex customer implementations.

• Helped Project Management Consultants scope customer engagements more accurately through sound technical assessments, effort estimates and early risk identification.
• Improved solution quality, consistency and maintainability through clear design principles and well-founded technical and functional decisions.
• Strengthened collaboration between customers, Business System Consulting, Project Management, Software Development (ASYS), Product Management, Sales and our subsidiaries.
• Contributed to more efficient implementations through reusable solutions, improved templates, standards and best practices.
• Shared your experience and expertise to strengthen the capabilities of the wider consulting team.
• Helped customers adopt their solutions successfully and realise measurable value in their day-to-day operations.
