Senior Business Analyst – PLM / CPQ

Role: Senior Business Analyst (CPQ / Teamcenter / TCPCM) Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Onsite) Type: Contract Note: Visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must have a valid work permit and the right to work in Sweden Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of a next - generation CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution leveraging Siemens Teamcenter and Teamcenter Product Cost Management (TCPCM). The role will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration between product configuration, costing, pricing, and quoting processes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across CPQ, Teamcenter, and TCPCM domains.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirement alignment across engineering, product management, costing, and IT teams.
• Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Analyze and document end - to- end product configuration, costing, and quoting workflows.
• Define integration requirements, data mappings, and process interactions between Teamcenter, TCPCM, and CPQ platforms.
• Support solution architects and development teams in translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive testing, validation, user acceptance, and change management activities.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and business impacts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter and PLM processes.
• Experience with CPQ, product configuration, costing, or pricing solutions.
• Understanding product structures, BOMs, variants, engineering change, and digital thread concepts.
• Experience defining enterprise system integrations and process flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
