• Role: Senior Backend Developer – C#/.NET

- Employment Type: Full Time - Experience Required: 5-10 Years - Location: Sweden - Nationality Preference: Swedish (SWE) - Languages Required: Swedish (Mandatory) & English - Duration: 12 Months Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET. - Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases and data models. - Build and support complex integrations and data flow processes. - Configure and manage application and integration environments. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. - Apply DevOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. - Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance. - Conduct requirements analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders. - Participate in Agile development using Scrum or Kanban methodologies. - Support application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution activities. Must-Have Requirements 5+ years of backend development experience using C# and .NET Framework/.NET. - Experience working within the Asset Management domain (Mandatory). - Strong expertise in SQL Server, database development, and data modeling. - Experience developing and maintaining complex integrations and data flows. - Strong experience working in on-premises Microsoft environments. - Hands-on experience establishing and configuring application and integration environments. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and release processes. - Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. - Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization skills. - Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration. - Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Good-to-Have Skills - Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or Blazor. - Understanding of frontend and backend system interactions. - Exposure to full-stack development environments. - Knowledge of API integration and modern frontend architectures.
