Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET technologies, SQL Server, enterprise integrations, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the Asset Management domain and a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade backend applications in Microsoft-based environments. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, participation in Agile delivery teams, and ownership of application performance, reliability, and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and data models
• Build, maintain, and support complex integrations and data flow processes
• Configure and manage application and integration environments
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Apply DevOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Participate in Agile development activities using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Support application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and incident management activities
• Contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience using C# and .NET Framework/.NET
• Experience working within the Asset Management domain (Mandatory)
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, database development, and data modeling
• Experience developing and maintaining complex integrations and data flows
• Strong experience working in on-premises Microsoft environments
• Hands-on experience establishing and configuring application and integration environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and release processes
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent source control and deployment tools
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization skills
• Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with any two of the following technologies: React, Angular, Vue.js, or Blazor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
