  • As a Senior Associate, one of your focus areas will be to use your relationship building skills and our unique service offering for client acquisition. You will be a pro-active go-getter that won’t let anything get in your way of success.
  • Be able to adopt both a leading and strategic role within the business whereby you are able to manage any project of varying size and complexity and be responsible for delivering the project to meet our clients’ expectations.

  • We anticipate that you will have 10+ years’ experience in consulting or government.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
  • Regular reporting, invoicing and managing projects.
  • Ensures constant communication with clients (internal/external), especially at senior levels, throughout the life of the project.
  • Active contribution to strategic direction and wider business plan.
  • Represents TPC at client (internal/external) meetings as the senior team member.
  • Advises clients (internal/external) on improved solutions that may not have been initially considered.
  • Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
  • Actively promotes TPC to client and outside networks, as appropriate.
