The team The Group Investments and Financing team is responsible for CIP Holding's balance sheet investment activities and capital allocation priorities, providing decision support to the CFO, CIP management, and CIP's owners. We work as a closely integrated team, delivering high-quality investment analyses and recommendations in collaboration with the responsible Partner and CFO as well as stakeholders across CIP. Our work supports major investment decisions and plays an important role in shaping CIP's long-term growth and strategic direction. The role As our new Senior Associate, you will help support CIP Holding's investment activities from analysis through to execution. This is an investment-focused role that combines well-developed analytical and strategic capabilities with practical project management and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with the responsible Partner, the CFO, and colleagues across CIP, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic investment decisions. You will join a highly motivated environment of talented colleagues with backgrounds from investment banking, private equity, and strategy consulting. Support ad hoc analyses, board materials, and special projects for the Partners and senior team members - You We are looking for a motivated and collaborative professional with a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline, combined with approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience from investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate finance, or a similar analytical environment.
