Senior AI Engineer - Disrupting a trillion-dollar industry! A brand-new role has opened up within one of Stockholm's renowned AI-startups, an opportunity for a senior engineer to help lead & spearhead their tech, with an AI-powered B2B SaaS product making it's mark within a trillion-dollar industry! Having broken both the US & UK markets in the last year, ARR growing, an established GTM strategy and product roadmap, and led by industry veterans with multiple successful startup exits and big-tech experience, the company is in a better position than ever, with profitability looming, there's a ton of momentum and a lot to be built! Now, they are looking for another Senior/Lead engineer to join the mission on a permanent basis out of their Stockholm HQ! This is a role for someone who wants to be part of a super talented & small team with a lot of ownership and agency, helping to drive the technology forward! Role: ✅Take ideas from problem definition → analytics → architecture → APIs → AI capabilities → frontend requirements → production impact. ✅Collab with Product leadership to define what should be built, not just how it gets built. ✅A commercially-minded engineer who understands that technology exists to drive customer outcomes and business value. ✅Hands-on role combining full-stack engineering, system design, data/analytics, AI integration, and technical leadership. ✅Ideal background in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, data-intensive products, or applied AI environments. ✅comfortable making decisions and taking accountability for outcomes. ✅Less process-driven software engineering; more ownership, product thinking, and building impactful solutions from first principles. ✅have significant influence on product direction, technical strategy, and company growth.
