Senior AI-Driven Full Stack Developer – Care Sector – Stockholm I am looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join an established organisation within the care sector, playing a key role in building and shaping its in-house software development capabilities. AI-assisted development is at the heart of this opportunity. This isn't a traditional development role where you are expected to write every line of code yourself. The organisation is looking for someone who actively embraces AI development tools and modern workflows to accelerate development, improve productivity and deliver applications efficiently. You'll be the first dedicated developer in the function, working closely with architects, AI engineers, and data scientists to build applications, integrations and the underlying cloud infrastructure from the ground up. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you'll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, establish development practices and take ownership of solutions from initial business requirements through to deployment. Key Responsibilities:

• Champion AI-assisted software development, actively using AI tools to accelerate coding, problem-solving and application delivery.
• Build the organisation's development foundations from scratch, including CI/CD pipelines, development environments and deployment processes.
• Design, develop and deliver full stack applications, with a stronger focus on backend development, system integrations and data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the development of an internal intranet and information portal, making essential business information accessible to employees and care workers.
• Develop and maintain integrations across the organisation's Azure environment, connecting systems, data and business processes.
• Take ownership of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices and application delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Work closely with architects, data engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Help bring existing application development capabilities in-house and contribute to the future technical direction of the organisation.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer or similar, with experience building and delivering solutions from scratch.
• A strong interest in AI-assisted development and, most importantly, practical experience actively using AI tools as part of your everyday development workflow.
• A forward-thinking approach to software development, embracing AI to improve efficiency rather than relying solely on traditional coding practices.
• Strong backend development experience, ideally with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and modern development workflows.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs and working with data.
• Good database knowledge, particularly SQL.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of the full development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with architecture and technical design would be beneficial.
