Senior AI & Automation Engineer – Workplace / EUC

We are looking for a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to help transform End User Services into an AI-native, highly automated operating model. You will build production-grade AI agents, self-service solutions and closed-loop automation across Microsoft workplace technologies, ServiceNow and endpoint platforms. Key responsibilities:

• Build AI/GenAI and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Foundry
• Automate Service Desk, access, software, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint provisioning and remediation workflows
• Work across Microsoft 365, Intune/Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint and Citrix
• Integrate ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/CMDB with enterprise platforms
• Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, APIs, Ansible and Terraform
• Apply RAG, Agentic AI, tool calling, MCP/A2A, LLMOps and AIOps
• Build observability and DEX capabilities for proactive detection and remediation
• Ensure Zero Trust, RBAC, least privilege, auditability and controlled human approval
• Take AI/automation solutions from POC into secure production

Key requirements:

• 10+ years in End User Services, EUC, Workplace, Service Desk, Endpoint or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or PowerShell, REST APIs, JSON/YAML and KQL
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune/Autopilot and Entra ID
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/CMDB
• Hands-on Copilot/Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Foundry
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Git and CI/CD
• Experience with AI agents, RAG, LLMOps/GenAIOps or AIOps
• Experience with Citrix, endpoint management and application delivery
• Production experience integrating enterprise platforms through APIs and automation
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
