The Opportunity As Nordic Baltic Segment Marketing Business Partner, Industries, you will help define how Schneider Electric goes to market for Industrial Automation. You will shape positioning, develop go-to-market strategies and create integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and demand across the customer journey. While the role focuses on selected industries such as Life Sciences and Water & Environment, its broader mission is to accelerate the shift from product-centric marketing to solution-, software- and value-led customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, challenging and transforming, rather than maintaining the status quo. What you will do

• Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for key industrial end-user segments across the Nordic and Baltic region.
• Help transform how Schneider Electric positions Industrial Automation by shifting customer conversations from products to software-enabled solutions and business outcomes.
• Develop, launch and report on integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation and conversion.
• Partner closely with sales, business units and segment leaders to identify growth opportunities and create compelling market propositions.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams and external agencies to adapt global initiatives, create local relevance and maximize market impact.
• Lead Account-Based Marketing initiatives and targeted engagement programs for strategic customers and priority growth opportunities.
• Measure, optimize and continuously improve marketing performance based on data, insights and commercial outcomes.

What we are looking for We believe the strongest candidate may come from Industrial Automation, software, technology, SaaS, digital services or another innovation-driven B2B environment. Experience from Life Sciences or Water & Environment is valuable but not essential. More important is the ability to understand complex customer challenges, position solution-based offerings and influence how businesses go to market.

• Extensive experience in strategic B2B marketing, segment marketing or go-to-market leadership.
• Strong understanding of how software, digital services and technology solutions create business value.
• Experience developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Broad 360-degree marketing expertise across digital marketing, communications, PR, demand generation, content and customer engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across markets, functions and senior leadership teams.
• Experience collaborating with global organizations and external agencies.
• A builder mindset with the ability to create new approaches, challenge existing thinking and drive transformation.
