SE - Product Manager (GTM)

As a Go-to-Market Manager at Job&Talent, you will drive initiatives from idea to results and create real value for our customers. The position We are looking for a Go-to-Market Manager who wants to help develop how we create value for our customers through our platform. This is a broad and hands-on role at the intersection of product, customer development and operations. You will work closely with the Swedish business and our customers to identify new growth opportunities, understand business needs and ensure that our product and ways of working develop in the right direction. You will also act as an important link between the Swedish organisation and our product and development teams. This means you need to be able to go from a commercial or operational problem to analysis, hypothesis and clear requirements, and then drive the work all the way through to implementation and follow-up. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where not all the answers are available from the start. You combine strategic and analytical thinking with strong drive and ownership to make things happen. Responsibilities

• Develop our customers through the platform. Work together with the commercial organisation to identify how product functionality and new ways of working can increase customers' usage, efficiency and value from the platform.
• Be the link between the business and product/tech. Capture and prioritise needs from customers and the Swedish business, and translate them into business cases and priorities for the Swedish market.
• Lead the launch and implementation of new features. Take responsibility for the Swedish rollout of new products and features, from planning and stakeholder alignment to launch, implementation and follow-up.
• Drive initiatives from idea to results. Project-manage initiatives together with Account Management and Sales and ensure that they are translated into actual value for the business.
• Work in a data-driven way. Analyse results, outcomes and user data, formulate hypotheses, define relevant KPIs and use the results to prioritise and develop our initiatives.
• Communicate recommendations and create alignment. Structure complex questions and present clear recommendations, business cases and decision-making materials to both internal stakeholders and customers.

You have…

• 4–6+ years of relevant professional experience, for example from management consulting, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations within tech or a similar role.
• Experience leading strategic, commercial or operational projects and driving initiatives from analysis and idea through to implementation.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience working in a data-driven way.
• Experience working cross-functionally, preferably closely with both commercial teams and product/development organisations.
• The ability to prepare and present clear decision-making materials and recommendations.
• Experience from a fast-growing or fast-moving organisation.
• Relevant post-secondary education in areas such as industrial engineering and management, economics, engineering or business, alternatively equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience.
• Very good Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience with product-related work, including product launches and go-to-market.
• Experience with customer dialogue and customer presentations.
• Good understanding of KPIs and business cases.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools and very good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
