Scrum Master

• At least 5 years of experience in agile work in the role of Scrum Master, the experience must have been acquired within the last 7 years. • At least 3 years of documented experience in the role of Agile coach and change management with agile methods (shown with reference assignments), the experience must have been acquired during the last 6 years. • Deep understanding of agile principles and experience in leading agile development teams. • Documented experience of running at least three change management projects or assignments in the role of Scrum master, Agile coach, project manager or similar. • Proven experience with agile methodologies, preferably demonstrated through one or more certifications such as Scrum Product Owner, Scrum master or SAFe • Documented experience with Jira or similar systems for managing user stories, epics, etc. • Is an inspiring leader with strong communication skills. • Documented experience in facilitating workshops and trainings • Have a good technical understanding and interest in digitalization. • Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
