SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HR Application Support

SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HR Application Support professional with 6–8 years of experience, based in Stockholm, Sweden.-Contract This is not a pure developer role. They need someone who can act as a functional/application support contact between HR business users, IT teams and vendors. The key focus is:

• SAP SuccessFactors – Learning Management System (SF-LMS)
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• SAP HR / HR & Payroll systems
• Enterprise application support
• Business requirement gathering and translation into IT solutions
• Stakeholder and vendor management
• System enhancements and change coordination
• Continuous improvement of HR processes

Must-have skills SAP SuccessFactors Strong hands-on experience, especially SF-LMS SAP Payroll Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience SAP HR SAP HR/HCM knowledge Application Support Large enterprise environment Stakeholder Management HR business users, IT teams, vendors Requirements Gather, analyse and translate HR requirements Vendor Management Coordinate with external IT/service providers ITIL Incident, problem, change/service management Agile / Lean Knowledge and practical experience Continuous Improvement HR process and People Platform improvements Search for candidates with titles such as:

• Requirements gathering and translating them into IT solutions.
• ITIL + Agile/Lean knowledge.
• Experience with incidents, changes, enhancements and continuous improvement.
