Role Description This full-time remote role as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant involves leading and supporting implementations, enhancements, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for global clients. The consultant will gather and analyze business requirements, design system configurations, and perform end-to-end testing to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting payroll issues, coordinating with cross-functional HR, finance, and IT teams, and advising clients on best practices for HR and payroll processes. The role also includes preparing documentation, training end users, and supporting change management activities to drive successful adoption of new or improved solutions. Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, including configuration, integration, and testing.
• Knowledge of HRIS/HRIT processes, global payroll operations, and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
• Skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and documentation for HR and payroll projects.
• Ability to perform system and user acceptance testing, identify defects, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Proficiency in working with integration technologies and tools connecting SAP SuccessFactors to external payroll, HR, and finance systems.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Experience providing user training, support, and change management for HR and payroll solutions in diverse, global environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications and prior consulting experience with enterprise clients are highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
