• Manage the complete SAP project and application lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live support, and post-production stabilization.
• Support and enhance SAP Logistics Execution and Sales & Distribution processes across complex supply chain environments.
• Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend optimal SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Take ownership of resolving complex issues related to inbound and outbound B2B integration processes and coordinate with application management teams as required.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Logistics Execution and SD solutions to improve operational performance and efficiency.
• Support warehouse-to-store and warehouse-to-warehouse inventory movement processes.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop functional specifications and work closely with development teams on enhancements, integrations, and RICEFW objects.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Participate in implementation projects, rollout initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Support integration activities involving SAP ECC, SAP EWM, third-party warehouse management systems, and external logistics platforms.
• Evaluate alternative solution approaches and recommend the most effective design based on business and technical requirements.

Qualification:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Logistics Execution and Sales & Distribution (SD) with strong expertise in solution design, configuration, and support.
• Participation in at least 3 SAP implementation projects and 2 SAP support engagements.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM with hands-on experience in Stock Transport Order (STO) processes.
• Proven experience integrating SAP ECC with SAP EWM and third-party (3PL) Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse-to-store and warehouse-to-warehouse inventory movement processes.
• Experience working with retail organizations and retail supply chain environments.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in SAP Logistics Execution and SAP SD configuration, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, testing, and user training.
• Strong experience with SAP SD-MM and SD-FI integration.
• Ability to assess multiple solution options and recommend the most suitable approach for business requirements.
• Experience with wholesale business processes and related SAP solution design and configuration.
• Strong experience working on major enhancements involving RICEFW developments using APIs, BAPIs, and BADIs.
• Ability to design and deliver custom SAP solutions for complex business scenarios.
• Experience with electronic transportation (e-Transport) solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
