SAP S/4HANA Master Data Consultant – Master Data Management – 3+ Months in Copenhagen/Onsite

The consultant must be based in Copenhagen. ___________________________________ We are looking for an experienced Master Data Consultant to support the S/4HANA program. The consultant are to support the internal Data Governance Lead in completing an analysis and roadmap across the organisation’s main master data domains - finance, assets, materials, vendors and employees. This will include:

• Identification of business challenges related to master data issues
• Root cause analysis of data issues
• Maturity analysis on current set-up in relation to data governance, data standards, data maintenance processes and system support of these processes
• Recommended roadmap for each data domain, incl specific recommendations of data clean up exercises before and after conversion to S/4HANA

The assignment is to be solved in collaboration with the Data Governance Lead who will be allocated 20-30 % to the assignment. The candidate should have:

• 8+ years of experience working with master data management or related areas
• Experience with both delivering recommendations for senior management on strategy and roadmap and translating this into actionable delivery plans
• Experience with working with master data in SAP

It would be an advantage if the candidate has:

• Strong stakeholder management skills and business process understanding, e.g. from previous management roles or a background as a management consultant
• Previous experience and knowledge about the organisation
• Technical understanding of the procedures related to blocking, deletion and archiving of master data in SAP

Practical Information

• Duration: 02-11-2026 - 31-01-2027 with option to extend through H1 2027 and H2 2027
• Working hours: 5 days per week, 37 hours per week
• Work setup: Onsite 5 days per week. Remote work can be agreed occasionally, but must be planned and approved as part of the project.
• The consultant must be based in Denmark.
