SAP S/4HANA Cutover & Deployment Lead

Role Summary Lead end-to-end cutover, deployment, and business data validation for SAP S/4HANA conversion. Act as the key coordinator between business, technical, and SI teams to ensure a smooth and successful go-live. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end cutover planning and execution, including NZDT go-lives
• Coordinate business readiness, communications, and cutover task execution
• Lead technical deployment activities (transports, pre/post conversion, go-live)
• Work with Basis, Security, Integration, Development, and Infrastructure teams
• Manage business data validation and sign-off using SAP LTVF
• Track and resolve data reconciliation issues with stakeholders
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and cutover progress
• Support go/no-go decisions and leadership reporting
• Drive hypercare and post-go-live stabilization

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years SAP experience in delivery or transformation projects
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA conversion/implementation
• Expertise in cutover planning, deployment, transport management, and data validation
• Experience in global stakeholder coordination
• Strong communication and coordination skills
