SAP PM Consultant

We are currently looking for a Senior SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance Consultant to join a long-term SAP S/4HANA transformation and development programme in Sweden. This is a senior-level position for someone who can combine deep SAP EAM/PM expertise with strong project and functional leadership. You will be involved across the full lifecycle of EAM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical colleagues to translate operational requirements into sustainable SAP solutions. 🔧 Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of SAP EAM / PM workstreams and act as a senior functional point of contact.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design based on business needs and SAP best practices.
• Drive SAP EAM/PM activities through configuration, testing, implementation and further development.
• Analyse existing maintenance and asset management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the evolution of maintenance processes, work management and asset structures within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP MM and development teams, ensuring effective integration across related processes.
• Contribute your experience from previous SAP EAM implementations and transformation projects to support future-state solutions.

🧩 What we are looking for

• 10+ years of experience with SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EAM/PM in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, work orders, maintenance planning and asset management.
• Experience taking SAP EAM solutions through the full project lifecycle, from requirements and design through configuration, testing and implementation.
• Solid understanding of the interaction between SAP PM and MM.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Strong combination of hands-on SAP expertise, analytical thinking and project/functional leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformations or major solution-development initiatives.
• Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken.
