SAP P2P Consultant Location Solna, Stockholm, Sweden Start Date 28th September 2026 End Date 31st March 2027 Role Purpose Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and process needs across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Configure SAP S/4 solutions within Materials Management and Accounts Payable-related processes.
• Customise standard SAP modules while maintaining compatibility with vendor guidelines.
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, maintenance activities, and functional enhancements.
• Document system settings and prepare clear functional and user guidance.
• Test system performance, efficiency, and functional changes.
• Support tickets, investigate issues, and coordinate their resolution.
• Collaborate with business representatives, application developers, and SAP Technical Consultants.

Tasks

• Translate requirements into functional designs and SAP configuration.
• Create process models, diagrams, and charts to support application development and stakeholder understanding.
• Prepare and execute functional tests and support business acceptance activities.
• Investigate incidents and service tickets across Materials Management and Accounts Payable processes.
• Enhance assigned areas of the solution in line with agreed business specifications.
• Maintain configuration records, operating guidance, and functional documentation.
• Use collaboration and delivery tools such as SharePoint and Azure DevOps.

Deliverables

• Functional designs and tested process changes across Materials Management and Accounts Payable.
• Accurate configuration documentation, guidelines, and support material.
• Resolved support tickets and clearly documented outcomes.
• Process models, diagrams, and charts for developers and business stakeholders.

Authority / Accountability

• Take functional responsibility for assigned SAP Procure-to-Pay configuration and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions remain aligned with standard SAP functionality and vendor guidelines.
• Advise business representatives on functional design and available SAP capabilities.
• Coordinate technical dependencies with SAP Technical Consultants and application developers.

Requirements

• University education or an equivalent qualification.
• Senior-level SAP consulting experience, with approximately 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
• Detailed knowledge of Materials Management and the Accounts Payable stage of Procure-to-Pay.
• Experience of at least two previous SAP S/4 projects.
• Experience configuring, implementing, maintaining, or upgrading functional SAP modules.
• Experience of functional testing, ticket support, and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of standard tools such as SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent English is required. Swedish language skills are desirable.

Working Conditions

• Hybrid working arrangement based from the Solna office in Stockholm; onsite frequency is not specified.
• Functional consulting role within the ERP Logistics Solutions department.
