À distance Mission (6 mois) Publié il y a 11 heures run ECC PAYROLL Allemand Anglais HCM Time SAP Project Context – Freelance / Independent Consultant: For our client in the electricity and gas sector, we are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Time Management Technical-Functional Consultant to support the rollout of MyTime in Germany and its transition to RUN (business-as-usual operations), as part of a 5-person team. Responsibilities: - Analyse German HR and time management requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions, incorporating local regulations governing working time, absences and time quotas. - Configure, maintain and enhance SAP HCM Time Management processes and their integrations with Payroll and other HR modules. - Provide RUN support, including incident management, service requests, defect resolution and problem management, with root cause analysis. - Support testing activities, go-live, hypercare and stabilisation, before organising the transition to the support teams. - Draft and maintain functional specifications and process documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. - Train and support key users, ensure knowledge transfer and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Technical environment: SAP ECC, SAP HCM Time Management, MyTime, PA/OM, HR tables and objects, Payroll integration, RUN/AMS/IT outsourcing support. Strong expertise in German HR and time management processes is expected. Fluent German and English are mandatory. French is an advantage. Location: Paris, Brussels or Germany – fully remote working is possible
