SAP HCM Payroll AMS Consultant | Denmark

Role summary We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our Danish Application Management Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will support and optimise SAP Payroll solutions for our Danish customers, ensuring system stability, compliance, and continuous system improvement. You will work closely with customers, consultants, and technical teams to resolve technical issues, implement enhancements, and help customers maximise the value of their SAP HCM landscape. Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Danish payroll-related incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and optimise SAP HCM Payroll functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage payroll and time-related tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution.
• Support testing activities, including functional testing and customer acceptance testing.
• Ensure compliance with Danish payroll legislation and labour regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across local, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for incidents, enhancements, and system changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice development within the AMS organisation

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting or maintaining SAP HCM Danish Payroll and SAP Time Management.
• Solid understanding of Danish payroll legislation and payroll processes.
• PRoven understanding og Danish time related processes.
• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll support, AMS, or implementation experience.
• Experience working with incident management, troubleshooting, and change requests.
• Experience working in a managed services or outsourcing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, ESS, and MSS will be an adventage.
