Experience: 7+ Years Location: Stockholm Mode of Work: Hybrid Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, enhance, and configure SAP Finance solutions across Financial Accounting and Reporting processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design and recommend process improvements to optimize finance operations and compliance.
• Configure SAP FICO modules and prepare detailed functional specifications for new developments and enhancements.
• Participate in implementation projects, global rollouts, and template governance activities.
• Ensure alignment of project designs with established SAP global templates and best practices.
• Support Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including financial closing, reporting, asset accounting, organizational structures, and intercompany reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform system testing, defect resolution, user support, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Contribute to legal and statutory reporting initiatives and ensure compliance with regional and global regulations.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Support change management, transport management, and release activities.

Qualification:

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP Finance (SAP FICO) experience with strong expertise in Financial Accounting and Reporting.
• Proven experience in SAP ECC configuration and solution design across financial closing, reporting, asset accounting, legal compliance, and intercompany processes.
• Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of legal and statutory reporting requirements including VAT, Intrastat, SAF-T, e-Invoicing, and tax-related processes.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with a focus on long-term SAP Finance solution architecture and optimization.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes and integrated SAP solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Knowledge of SAP transport and change management tools such as STMS, Solution Manager, and ActiveControl.
• Ability to communicate complex SAP and finance concepts effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working independently and within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered business tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SWIFT integrations and banking interfaces.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SAFe.
• Experience supporting global finance transformation programs.
