SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant

HCLTech is hiring SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultants at consultant and senior consultant levels to support a global organisation’s contingent workforce processes. The roles combine functional solution delivery, business process configuration and stakeholder collaboration. The senior position also includes supporting the global deployment of SAP Fieldglass. Responsibilities • Translate business needs into functional requirements and SAP Fieldglass solutions. • Configure business processes according to agreed requirements and best practices. • Define functional requirements for integrations and solution enhancements. • Lead requirements gathering, analysis and coordination across projects. • Evaluate solution options and recommend improvements. • Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders across locations. • Deliver training alongside process owners and key users. • Ensure solutions follow applicable IT security requirements. • For the senior position, support the coordination and management of global SAP Fieldglass deployment. Requirements • Practical SAP Fieldglass functional experience in contingent workforce processes. • Experience in business process configuration, requirements management and stakeholder collaboration. • Ability to define functional integration requirements and work with technical teams. • Strong communication, analytical and workshop facilitation skills. • Ability to balance business needs, priorities and process requirements. • A university degree in informatics or an equivalent qualification. • Relevant professional experience: 3+ years for the consultant position and 5+ years for the senior position. • For the senior position, experience supporting global or multi-site deployments. Location and working arrangements Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with current guidance of 3–4 onsite days per week. Role-specific arrangements will be confirmed during recruitment.
