The Role As an SAP FSM Specialist, you will be the application expert supporting our service organization in planning, executing and reporting service activities. As part of our global business transformation program, you will work closely with Business Process Owners, particularly within the Lead to Cash and Install to Decommission processes. SAP FSM will be prepared and rolled out across all market areas, covering both direct sales channels and indirect channels through dealers. The focus includes on-farm services such as preventive maintenance and the broader concept of performance plans, as well as capturing the installed base of equipment to enable more proactive and efficient service operations and enhance customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity to join the program at an early stage and actively influence how the solution is designed, configured and implemented across the organization. Key responsibilities

• Act as Business Application Owner for SAP FSM.
• Establish and maintain a governed and standardized SAP FSM configuration based on requirements defined by the Business Process Owners.
• Translate business and process requirements into effective system solutions while staying as close to SAP standard as possible.
• Work closely with the Functional IT Lead on requirements, specifications and application testing.
• Analyze data and processes to identify and establish best practices.
• Develop and deliver key-user training together with Business Process Owners.
• Support and drive the rollout of SAP FSM across market areas and sales organizations.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and support successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.

The SAP FSM Specialist will be part of the team responsible for the global Lead to Cash process, covering activities related to the marketing and sales of products and services, as well as the management of customers and channels through CRM and PRM. The role is based on the Tumba site and involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, both locally and internationally. You will report to the Head of Offer to Order and Delivery to Customer Service and play an active role in the company’s broader business transformation. The position includes international travel. Is this you? To be successful in this position, you have a university degree, MSc or equivalent, combined with at least five years of relevant experience from operational and/or consulting roles. A strong background in Field Service Management and hands-on experience with SAP FSM is essential, complemented by broader knowledge of Service Cloud and related business systems. Experience from a field service organization provides an important understanding of service operations and the day-to-day work of service technicians. The role requires strong business and process understanding, with experience translating operational requirements into effective system solutions. Relevant experience also includes facilitating cross-functional workshops, working with key users and stakeholders, and supporting business and system transformations. Experience in change management, project management and SAP environments, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365, is important. Fluency in English is required, while Swedish is considered an advantage. In this recruitment, your personal qualities will be of great importance.
