The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Transformation Program Lead to drive large-scale finance transformation initiatives for retail clients. This role will lead the delivery of complex SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) programs, helping organizations modernize their finance processes, optimize operations, and maximize the value of their SAP investments. The successful candidate will combine deep SAP Finance expertise with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and program leadership capabilities. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs for retail clients, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives. Partner with client executives and business stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, business cases, and target operating models. Provide functional leadership across SAP FICO workstreams, ensuring alignment with finance, controlling, procurement, supply chain, and retail operations. Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including functional consultants, technical resources, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Drive program governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting. Requirements

• Have at least 12+ years of experience in SAP Finance and/or Controlling in the Consumer Products, Retail and Logistics (CRL) domain.
• Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and finance transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of retail business processes, including merchandising, inventory valuation, supply chain, store operations, and omnichannel retail models.
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects and/or business transformations
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
