SAP Consultant Programme – Stockholm Stockholm · Permanent The organisation An established SAP partner delivering SAP solutions across the Nordics. They work as delivery teams made up mostly of senior consultants, with long-term client relationships and their own industry solutions in retail, wholesale, consumer products and pharma. They are now launching a structured programme to bring in experienced professionals and train them into SAP consultants. The role The programme is designed for people with a few years of experience in business or development who want to move into SAP consulting. It’s particularly well suited if you already work with SAP in your day-to-day role - for example as a user or key user in finance, procurement, logistics or supply chain - and want to move from using the system to shaping how it’s implemented. SAP knowledge isn’t required, but experience of working with it in your business processes is a real advantage. This is a permanent, full-time position from day one. The programme is your structured start, and when it finishes you continue as an SAP consultant in the team The programme starts in 2027. It includes:

• An onboarding and introduction week
• SAP foundation training
• Advanced training in your track, alongside customer assignments
• Certification and exams
• Client readiness, preparing you to work independently with clients
• Mentoring throughout

You’ll join one of four tracks:

• Finance - working with clients on project systems, product costing, profitability analysis and profit center accounting
• Procurement and Master Data - from demand to supplier invoice, including product and supplier master data
• Logistics - order to cash, procure to pay, service and maintenance, warehouse and transport, manufacturing and supply chain
• Developer - building SAP solutions with SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud, Fiori and Integration Suite, using AI agents and copilots to design, generate and test solutions faster

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree relevant to your track (for example economics, business, supply chain or computer science)
• Experience working with SAP in your business processes, as a user, key user or in an implementation project, is a strong plus
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role, for example:
• Finance: controller, project controller or functional accountant, with experience of accounting, closing and analysing financial data
• Procurement: direct or indirect procurement, replenishment or contract management, with good knowledge of product and supplier master data
• Logistics: supply chain, logistics or sales roles, ideally with system or key user experience
• Developer: hands-on experience in a modern language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or C#, building or integrating applications. Experience of Git and CI/CD is also expected.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in your work. For the Developer track, practical experience building with AI is required.
• Experience from retail, wholesale, consumer products, manufacturing, food or pharma is a strong plus
• Curious, customer-focused and quick to learn, and comfortable presenting and leading conversations with clients
• Fluent Swedish and English
