Sample Intern

LISA YANG is looking for a Sample Intern to join the team in Stockholm. In this role you will support the Design and Production teams throughout the seasonal collection process, assisting with sample coordination, fittings, organisation and daily studio operations. The role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion production, who is looking for a work placement required as part of their studies. Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with day-to-day sample management and organisation
• Assist in tracking seasonal collections, proto samples, SMS and production samples throughout the development process
• Prepare samples for fittings, meetings, showroom appointments and photoshoots
• Maintain sample archives and ensure all pieces are properly organised and documented
• Ensure the studio and sample areas remain organised and presentable at all times
• Assist with market preparation, showroom setup and collection launches
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Production, Ecommerce and PR
• Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks within the department

About You

• Currently enrolled in a degree or study programme in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Product Development or a related field, where a mandatory internship or work placement is required as part of your studies
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support across multiple functions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude with a collaborative team spirit
• Passionate about fashion and product development
• Fluent in English
• Previous internship or experience within fashion, luxury or product development is a plus
