What you'll do

Sales Support – Otiom A/S Be the first voice our customers hear – and help us grow across Europe Who we are Otiom is a Danish medtech company. We develop and produce safety and location solutions that make sure people can be found quickly if they get in danger, and can call for help when they need it. Our goal is simple: Freedom to move – Safety when it matters. Our solutions are the result of collaboration with users, research, and technological progress. We are growing across Denmark, the DACH region and Benelux. The role You will be the first point of contact for everyone who reaches out to Otiom. You handle sales and support inquiries yourself and route everything else to the right team. Alongside this, you help us find and win the customers who are the best fit for our solution. What you will do

  • Handle incoming inquiries by phone, email and our ticketing system, and route the rest to the right team
  • Prepare and process orders, assist with invoicing and coordinate sales-related purchasing
  • Identify and qualify new customers who fit our model, and guide them from first contact to active user
  • Run meetings and demos of the Otiom solution – in person and online
  • Prepare proposals from our templates and follow up by phone and email
  • Keep the CRM and basic sales reports up to date
  • Run our partner certification programme and onboard and train new customers
  • Pass customer and partner feedback on to our product and technical teams

What we expect from you

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, sales support or customer service
  • A strong service mindset and the ability to handle inquiries professionally and with empathy
  • Fluent English and Danish; German and/or Dutch is a clear advantage
  • Comfort with CRM systems, office software and digital tools
  • An organised, detail-oriented way of working – you keep many balls in the air
  • An interest in healthcare, technology and/or IT, and ease talking to both care staff and IT departments
  • Ownership and drive – you like creating your own results in a small team
