Sales Representative - Norway

We are looking for a motivated and technically interested Sales Representative to represent our Raychem product brand and grow sales in Norway, with a primary focus on Oslo and the greater Oslo area. You will work through electrical and sanitary channels, serving customers in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors. The role involves working with wholesalers, installers, contractors, consultants and industrial customers to identify requirements and provide reliable, energy-efficient solutions. Key responsibilities

• Develop sales through electrical and sanitary distribution channels.
• Represent and promote Raychem electrical heating and frost-protection solutions.
• Visit and support wholesalers, installers, contractors and consultants.
• Develop relationships with commercial, residential and industrial customers.
• Present solutions such as floor heating, gutter and roof heating, ramp and entrance heating, pipe frost protection, snow-melting systems, industrial heat tracing and temperature maintenance solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and customer training.
• Provide basic technical and commercial guidance.
• Follow up projects from initial enquiry through to order.
• Record all customer visits, contacts, activities and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Work closely with internal sales, technical and customer-service teams.
• Travel approximately 30–50 days per year, mainly within Norway.

Your profile

• You are a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys being out in the market and building long-term relationships. You combine commercial awareness with an interest in technical products and practical solutions.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction or technical products.
• Knowledge of electrical or sanitary distribution channels.
• An interest in heating, energy efficiency, building technology or industrial applications.
• Good communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Good computer skills and experience using the Microsoft Office package.
• Experience with CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
• A structured, reliable and self-motivated working style.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid Norwegian driving licence.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Location Oslo and the greater Oslo area, Norway. Travel throughout Norway is expected, approximately 30–50 days per year.
