Sales Representative

Claimster LTD is hiring a Sales Representative to support customers at various European airports. In this role, you will communicate with travelers, explain available assistance services, and help them submit the required information when needed. Important This is a freelance collaboration opportunity, not a traditional employment position. The role requires the ability to work legally in the European countries where assignments take place, holding EU passport. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner
• Explain available services clearly and answer questions
• Assist customers with completing requests or forms
• Record customer interactions accurately
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow company guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be located in Denmark or Copenhagen
• Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not required
• Confident and proactive approach to customer interaction
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment
• English language required
