Sales pro – come work with us at Shipit!

The work is mainly remote, but onboarding takes place at our office in Lahti, so please be prepared to travel to the office during the first few weeks. The Lahti office is right next to the railway station, so you don't need a car to work with us.

The salary consists of a base salary based on your experience, plus commission.

Your role in a nutshell

You will be responsible for winning new customers, with a primary focus on key accounts. You will help prospective customers understand how Shipit can streamline their shipping and bring them savings. You will build customer relationships from the very beginning and help shape how we sell and how we do things.

What we expect from you:

• Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in new business development

• An existing network of customers who know you, so you can open commercial conversations from day one

• A solution-oriented sales approach: you listen to the customer's needs and offer a solution that fits

• An independent, goal-oriented way of working and the ability to close multi-stage sales processes involving several decision-makers

• Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a plus

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• An interest in technical solutions and the ability to discuss them with both business and IT stakeholders

It's also a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of the logistics or transport industry

• Experience in e-commerce or SaaS sales

• Experience with CRM systems
